NJ Statute: 2C:58-18.  Report on KeepSafe program.

On the first day of the thirteenth month following the effective date of this act, the superintendent shall submit a report on the effectiveness of the KeepSafe program to the Governor and Legislature.  In addition to those matters the superintendent deems appropriate and necessary, the report shall include the superintendent's assessment of whether the program should be expanded to include  sales of trigger locking devices which are not part of firearm purchases.
