The Marlboro Municipal Court is located in the Town Hall right off of Route 18, close to several public schools and community facilities within the township. The Honorable James M. Newman, J.M.C. is the Judge that hears cases and matters before the Marlboro Municipal Court. Marlboro Municipal Court Schedule

Arraignments at the Marlboro Township Municipal Court are heard on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Trials in Marlboro are conducted on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. The court handles a wide range of cases, including offenses that occur near school zones, public school property, and other areas within the township. Many of these cases are initially handled by the Marlboro Township Police Department, which is responsible for law enforcement and maintaining public safety throughout the municipality.
