The Honorable Damian G. Murray is themagistrate presiding over the Beachwood Borough Municipal Court. Linda Felton, the Court Administrator, supervises day-to-day operations of the court. The Beachwood Borough Municipal Court Prosecutor is Steven Zabarsky, Esq.
Court is in session on the first Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., and the fourth Tuesday at 5 p.m.
