Q) Can I get my juvenile charges expunged from my criminal record?
A) Provided that you meet the requirements set forth in the New Jersey expungement statutes, you may apply for the expungement of your juvenile adjudications by preparing and filing a Petition for Expungement. The Petition for Expungement must be filed in the Superior Court in the county where the arrest or conviction took place. A judge then decides whether you should be granted an Expungement Order.
