Berkeley Township Municipal Court sessions are held on the second, third and fourth Wednesday of the month (except December). Times are as follows: second Wednesday 8:00 a.m. & 3:30 p.m., third Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. only, and fourth Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. & 3:30 p.m.

What to Expect on Your Day at the Berkeley Township Municipal Court
A court appearance is required in criminal matters and DWI charges. Additionally, if “court appearance required” is checked on your summons, you must appear in court at the time and place indicated, even if you wish to plead guilty.

Upon arrival, you will go through a metal detection procedure before entering the court. A court officer will then check you in and give you further instructions.
