Partners Carmine R. Villani, Esq. and Vincent C. DeLuca, Esq. would like to welcome their newest associate Benjamin M. Hoffman, Esq. to the law firm of Villani & DeLuca P.C. Mr. Hoffman will be joining the family law division of the firm and brings with him over 10 years of experience in the field. With the Addition of Mr. Hoffman, Villani & Deluca will have a total of 8 attorneys, four of which work full-time in family law.
As a former associate attorney at Jacobowitz & Defino, Mr. Hoffman has specialized in divorces, child custody & support, post-judgment litigation, adoption law, domestic violence cases, paternity and visitation rights.
Mr. Hoffman studied at American University and obtained a B.A. in Political Science in 2001 for his under graduate and Widener University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005. After graduation he served as a Law Clerk under the Honorable James J. McGann and the Honorable Michael A. Guadagno in the Family Part of the Superior Court of Monmouth County. In 2005, Mr. Hoffman became a member of Monmouth County, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania State and American Bar Associations.
As the newest associate at Villani & DeLuca, Mr. Hoffman will be joining a firm with vast experience in a variety of fields of law including family law, criminal law, personal injury, bankruptcy and liquor license law. Villani & DeLuca, located in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, was founded in 1996 by partners Carmine R. Villani & Vincent C. DeLuca with the vision of providing clients in Monmouth County and Ocean County, New Jersey with a full spectrum of legal services.

Certified Matrimonial law attorney is a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. DeLuca is also certified in both collaborative divorces and divorce mediation. The firm takes on over 100 new family law cases each year. Villani & DeLuca has been serving the individuals needs of their clients for over 20 years.
