Villani & DeLuca Welcomes a New Attorney: Michael C. Ayres, Esq.

July 11, 2011 by Carmine Villani

Point Pleasant Beach, NJ – Villani & DeLuca is pleased to announce a new addition to the firm. Michael C. Ayres, Esq. joins the firm as an associate and brings a tremendous wealth of family law knowledge. Mr. Ayres has been focusing on family law since 2003. While pursuing a J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Ayres participated in the Center for Social Justice’s Family Law Clinic where he litigated non-dissolution of both post and pre-judgment divorce matters throughout Essex and Hudson Counties. Also during his tenure at law school, Mr. Ayres studied International Comparative Employment and Constitutional Law at the Università degli Studi di Parma, in Parma, Italy.

A Wealth of Experience in Divorce Law

Upon graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Ayres served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Patricia B. Roe, the presiding family part judge in Ocean County, New Jersey. While serving as a law clerk, Mr. Ayres received a certification by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a R. 1:40 qualified family mediator. A short time after, Mr. Ayres practiced as an associate with Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito and Frost in Denville, New Jersey, where his practice was entirely dedicated to family law with an emphasis on high net worth divorce litigation.
In addition to his impressive experience Mr. Ayres is an active member of the Family Law and Young Lawyer’s Divisions of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well a member of the Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Morris County Bar Associations. Mr. Ayres is also a member of the Barry Croland Family Law Inns of Court and the Monmouth-Ocean County Family Law Inns of Court. When not in the office, Mr. Ayres is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time on the water. Mr. Ayres and his family reside in Brick Township; only a few short miles away from the Point Pleasant law offices of Villani & DeLuca, P.C.
