Using a Divorce Mediator in a NJ Divorce

NJ Divorce Attorney Vincent DeLuca is a Qualified Divorce Mediator

Partner Vincent C. DeLuca, Esq., is an experienced qualified divorce mediator who has offices located conveniently in Point Pleasant Beach, Ocean County and Wall Township, Monmouth County.  Mr. DeLuca devotes a large portion of his practice to divorce mediation.  He has conducted approximately one thousand (1,000) mediations over the last ten (10) years.  He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a mediator and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial law attorney.  He is routinely appointed by the courts to conduct court-ordered mediations.  Typically, Mr. DeLuca does not require an upfront retainer for divorce mediation services.   In addition, he offers a free consultation.  Divorce mediation clients are required to pay the firm on an hourly basis for services as they are rendered.   In a typical divorce mediation session, Mr. DeLuca spends time with the divorcing couple in the same room and assists the couple in working through all of their issues.

Divorce Mediation has Advantages over Divorce Litigation

Mr. DeLuca is quite flexible in his approach to divorce mediation.  At all times he attempts to remain neutral and explain to the parties the divorce laws of the State of New Jersey and how those laws relate to each unique case.  He also assists the parties in coming to an amicable resolution, thereby sparing them the emotional and financial toll that divorce litigation has on the family.  The main advantage of divorce mediation is that it keeps you and your spouse in control of your own divorce.  It is always a better alternative for you to have some control over your divorce as opposed to having an outsider, i.e. a judge, decide what happens to you and your family.
