Eagleswood Township Municipal Court Judge and Staff

The judge presiding over the Eagleswood Township Municipal Court is the Honorable Damian G. Murray.  The Court Administrator is Deborah O'Brien, and the Deputy Court Administrator is Alina Bertram.  The Eagleswood Township Municipal Court Prosecutor is Steven Zabarsky, Esq.
Please be aware that Eagleswood Township Municipal Court sessions are held at the Little Egg Harbor Township Municipal Building at the address listed at the top of this page.  Court is in session on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m.  The Court Administrator's hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Payment of Fines and Tickets at Eagleswood Municipal Court

Eagleswood Township Municipal Court does not currently accept credit or debit cards.  Payment must be made in the form of cash, check or money order.  Payments for traffic tickets only may be made at www.njmcdirect.com.  The Eagleswood Municipal Court ID is 1508.

What to Expect on Your Day at the Eagleswood Municipal Court

A court appearance is required in criminal matters and DWI charges. Additionally, if “court appearance required” is checked on your traffic summons, you must appear in court at the time and place indicated, even if you wish to plead guilty.
If a court appearance is required, it is very important that you arrive to court early on the date stated on your summons. Upon arrival, you must check in with the prosecutor to make sure that you are on the docket. The court hears cases in a particular order, with those pleading not guilty pro se (without an attorney) being heard last.  It is highly recommended that you hire an experienced Eagleswood Township Municipal Court lawyer to represent you in your defense if you want to be heard faster.
