Payment of fines and tickets at the Stafford Township Municipal Court must be made in the form of cash, check or money order. A court appearance is required in criminal matters and when defending DWI charges in New Jersey. Additionally, if “court appearance required” is checked on your summons or traffic ticket, you must appear in court at the time and place indicated, even if you intend to plead guilty.
