You should arrive early on the date you are required to be present in court and bring all relevant documentation with you.  When appearing for a matter in the Barnegat Municipal Court, you can park in the free parking lot at the building.  Once at the Barnegat Municipal building, you should enter through the middle set of doors to get into the court.   Before being allowed into the court, however, you must pass through security.  Once inside, you should turn off or silence your cell phone and wait for instructions from the court staff and the judge.
The court typically hears cases in a particular order.  Individuals without an attorney who are pleading not guilty are usually heard last.  It is highly recommended that you hire an experienced Barnegat Municipal Court lawyer to represent you in your defense if you want to be heard faster.
