Useful Tips for Your Little Silver Court Appearance

If the “court appearance required” box is checked on your summons, you are required to appear in court even if you are pleading guilty. When you arrive at the Little Silver Municipal Building, please make sure that you do not park in the Wells Fargo Bank’s parking lot. There is a ramp in the front of the building for wheelchair accessibility.
It is best to arrive early so that you have ample time to check in with the court staff. Since hearings are sound recorded, remember to shut off or silence your cell phone before entering the courtroom and stay silent until your case is called. Keep in mind that those who are pleading guilty pro se (without an attorney) are usually heard last. It is recommended that you hire an experienced Little Silver attorney in order to be heard faster.
