Aberdeen Township Municipal Court Judge and Staff

The judge presiding over the Aberdeen Township Municipal Court is the Honorable Michael Pugliese, J.M.C. The Court Administrator is Michele T. Wieczoreck and the Municipal Court Prosecutor is currently Allen Falk, Esq.
Violation Bureau hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Court is in session every Wednesday, starting at 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

From July 2012 to June 2013, 933 people were charged with disorderly persons or criminal offenses in Aberdeen Township. During the same time period, 54 DWI and 4,388 moving traffic violations were charged.

Handling Your Appearance at Aberdeen Municipal Court

The Aberdeen Township Municipal Court states that you should contact the court prior to the court date listed on the summons if you are going to plead not guilty or if you wish to speak to the municipal prosecutor, and then you will be scheduled for case management.
