NJ License Suspension Laws

Avoid Having Your Driver's License Suspended

Once a New Jersey driver has accumulated twelve (12) or more points on his or her driving record, the driver's license will be suspended in accordance with the schedule below. The Chief Administrator may permit a driver facing suspension to attend a driver improvement program in an attempt to lessen the suspension period if good cause is shown. If you are facing driver's license suspension as a result of a recent traffic violation, please contact Villani & DeLuca, P.C. at (732) 709-7757 for a free consultation to discuss your options.
