The Firm

Founded in 1996 by Carmine R. Villani and Vincent C. DeLuca, the firm has grown in stature and reputation. Their law practices consist of concentrations in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, domestic violence, as well as Municipal Court DWI/DUI, all aspects of criminal law and personal injury. The attorneys at Villani & DeLuca have dedicated themselves to serving the individual needs of their clients.

With this growth, came the relocation of their offices from Manasquan to their current site on Route 35 in Point Pleasant Beach, where they caringly restored the building that originally served as the community’s hospital. Villani & DeLuca opened a second office location in Wall Township on Route 138 to provide additional convenience for their clients.

At Villani & DeLuca, we are proud of our legal history and the firm’s accomplishments. The attorneys at Villani & DeLuca are serving, or have served, as the municipal prosecutor for the Borough of Keansburg and Township of Colts Neck, as the public defender for Point Pleasant Beach, the Township of Barnegat, the Township of Brick and the Township of Colts Neck, and as the Monmouth County Joint Insurance Fund attorney. Additionally, accomplishments include receiving certification by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney, and as of July 2009, the firm includes the only Ocean County NJ attorney member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
