Local NJ Atttorney Named Vice President

Point Pleasant Beach, NJ - Vincent C. DeLuca, Esq., a partner with Villani & DeLuca, P.C., a Point Pleasant Beach-based law firm, Has Been Named Vice President of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group.

VINCENT C. DeLuca, ESQ., WAS RECENTLY NAMED VICE PRESIDENT OF THE JERSEY SHORE COLLABORATIVE LAW GROUP. Mr. DeLuca has been engaged in private practice for fifteen (15) years, focusing on all aspects of family law. Mr. DeLuca is an accredited Family Law Mediator and has previously been admitted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the roster of mediators for Economic aspects of family law cases. Mr. DeLuca is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association-Family Law Section, Monmouth County Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association and serves on the family law committee of the Ocean County Bar Association.

The Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group introduced the concept of divorce without litigation to both Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The Collaborative process is based on a commitment of the parties not to proceed to Court and elect to utilize the resources of a multi-disciplinary approach to resolve their divorce in an amicable fashion, without the need for judicial intervention.
