After assessing the positive outcomes of the pilot, the Supreme Court approved the program for statewide implementation in June, 2006. According to judiciary guidelines, the purpose of the Economic Mediation Program is to provide a vehicle for applying complementary dispute resolution techniques to help resolve economic aspects of dissolution (divorce) actions. The Program's roster is maintained by the Administrative Office of the Courts and is accessible on the Judiciary's website, www.judiciary.state.nj.us or www.njcourtsonline.com.
